The primary bench mark is a disk set in the grassy knoll on the east side of Jefferson St. between the sidewalk and the parking lot, 206.7 Ft S of the centerline of Cedar St, 116.1 Ft NNW of the centerline of Gimble St, 31.0 FT ENE of the centerline of south Jefferson St, and 0.56 Ft east of a witness post. The bench mark is set 0.5 Ft below ground level, crimped to the top of a stainless steel rod, and encased in a 5-inch PVC pipe with aluminum cover and concrete kickblock. |
